Marketing to 2 million US Hotelevision viewer [February
20, 2002] – OmniTourism has
agreed with Hotelevision
to promote OmniTourism destinations to the 2 million unique upscale hotel guests
it reaches each month at participating Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, Hyatt and
similar hotels throughout the US. This
program will help increase transactions for tourism supplier using OmniTourism
eCommerce systems and introduce Hotelevision to a large base of potential

Receives $3 million EU Grant [February

3 million Euro grant from the EU to promote tourism exports, with special focus

Distribution to 200,000 Travel Agents [December

Galileo travel agency reservation system
company has agreed to enter into a non-exclusive distribution partnership of
OmniTourism’s destination content to Galileo’s 200,000 travel agency

Italy Project Grant [November
29, 2001] – Following today’s
meeting in Rome, the director of the SviluppoItalia confirmed in writing, their
interest to provide a $2.5 million grant for a tourism development project in
2002. This involves the integration
of OmniTourism’s Destination Management System with an Italian Hotel Property
Management System and channel distribution to in-hotel TVs.
SviluppoItalia
is the Italian National Development Agency for the Mezzogiorno region and other
less developed regions in Italy. It is a division of Italy’s Ministry of
Treasury.

[August 10, 2001] – Have signed a heads of agreement
to distribute their content and adding the book button onto all AA
registered accommodation, events and attractions.
Involves providing the Integra technology to all product providers and
generating distribution agreements with travel portals. It will be a revenue
sharing model, once held electronically to be distributed using XML interface to
various portals of which Expedia have shown an interest.
It is anticipated that AA will contribute some capital to the new
venture, while OmniTourism contributes the technology and management.
